I have been practicing clinical psychology for over 19 years, offering evidence-based psychotherapy that has been shown to help people feel better more quickly than many other approaches. I understand how important timely, effective care can be when someone is hurting or seeking a more fulfilling life. While I work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma and PTSD, behavioral challenges, grief, anxiety, and depressive disorders. As a bilingual psychologist (English–Spanish), I provide compassionate care to people of all ages and genders, always with the respect they deserve. As an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, I (she/her/hers) offer affirmative psychotherapy in a safe and supportive environment. A lo largo de mi trayectoria he acompañado a personas con una amplia variedad de diagnósticos, y me especializo en el tratamiento del trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo, traumas y TEPT, problemas de conducta, duelo, ansiedad y depresión. Como psicóloga bilingüe (español–inglés), brindo atención respetuosa y cuidadosa a personas de todas las edades y géneros. Además, como aliada de la comunidad LGBTQ+ (ella/suya), ofrezco psicoterapia afirmativa en un espacio seguro y acogedor.
