For more than 19 years, I have provided evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, helping individuals navigate life's challenges and move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in treatments that research has shown to be effective in reducing emotional distress and improving overall well-being. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns and have specialized expertise in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and behavioral challenges. As a bilingual psychologist, I provide psychotherapy in both English and Spanish, offering compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and genders. As an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, I (she/her/hers) am committed to creating a safe, affirming, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered.
